Terms of use
Last updated: June 2026.
These terms govern the use of Wedbridge, the wedding-site service published by ALTIKVA. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
Purpose
Wedbridge lets a couple build, personalise and publish a wedding site: invitations and replies, seating plan, guestbook, photo uploads, day-of QR check-in and a gift fund. The service is published by ALTIKVA, a French EURL with share capital of 1,000 €, registered with the Nanterre trade and companies register under number 930 987 342, with its registered office at 15 rue Gambetta, 92150 Suresnes, France. Manager and publication director: Joy Ndjama.
These terms set out the rights and obligations of each party. They apply as soon as you create an account. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Account and eligibility
Creating an account is reserved for adults. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. If you notice unauthorised use, tell us without delay. In V1, a single admin account is associated with each wedding.
The service
Wedbridge offers two plans: Free and Essentiel. The features of each plan are presented on the Pricing page.
Every site follows a life cycle: a public phase around the event, then a private phase available to the couple and to anyone holding the personal link, then an archive phase. High-definition media is kept according to the chosen plan. The couple keeps read-only access to their site, in low definition, with no time limit.
Wedbridge may change the features of the service to improve it or for technical or legal reasons.
Pricing and payment
The Essentiel plan is a one-time payment of 89 € incl. tax. It is not a subscription: there is no renewal and no automatic roll-over.
Add-on options are available on the Essentiel plan. The custom domain renews only on the couple’s explicit action, with no automatic roll-over.
Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. Prices are shown including all taxes.
- Essentiel: 89 € incl. tax, once.
- Custom domain: 19 € per year, opt-in renewal.
- Multi-ceremony: 30 €.
- Additional language: 15 € per language.
- Extended high-definition storage: 20 €.
Right of withdrawal
Under consumer law, you generally have a fourteen-day period to withdraw from a distance purchase.
As the Wedbridge service is digital content supplied immediately, you may ask for it to be performed as soon as you buy it. After your express agreement and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, that right can no longer be exercised once the service has been fully performed. This clause will be confirmed with our legal counsel.
Gift fund
The gift fund is an optional feature. Guest contributions are paid directly to the couple through our payment provider; Wedbridge never holds the funds.
A Wedbridge commission applies depending on the plan: 2.5% on the Free plan, 0% on the Essentiel plan. The payment provider’s fees apply in both cases. The couple alone is responsible for the use of the funds collected and for any reporting obligations.
Referral
The referral programme gives the referred couple a discount on their first purchase and the referrer a credit, within the caps shown on the relevant page. Credits can be used on Wedbridge products and are not convertible into cash.
Wedbridge may suspend a referral in the event of abusive or fraudulent use.
Content and intellectual property
You remain the owner of the content you publish (text, photos, videos, messages). You grant Wedbridge a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content, limited to what is needed to provide the service.
You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you publish and that it is lawful. The Wedbridge service, its brand, software and design remain the property of ALTIKVA.
Your obligations
You agree to use the service lawfully and to inform your guests about the processing of their data, using the notice built into the reply form. The following are prohibited in particular:
- Publishing unlawful, defamatory or hateful content, or content that infringes a third party’s rights.
- Uploading content you do not hold the rights to.
- Attempting to bypass security measures or to disrupt the service.
- Using the service for purposes not provided for in these terms.
Personal data
The processing of your data and your guests’ data is described in our privacy policy. For their guests’ data, the couple and Wedbridge act as joint controllers under the GDPR.
For any question about your data, email rgpd@wedbridge.com.
Availability
Wedbridge uses reasonable means to keep the service available, with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Maintenance may make it temporarily unavailable.
Wedbridge cannot be held liable for unavailability caused by external factors, in particular force majeure or the failure of a third-party provider.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Within the limits allowed by law, Wedbridge is not liable for indirect damage, nor for the loss of content beyond the stated retention periods. It is up to you to download and back up the content you wish to keep.
You are responsible for the content you publish and for your guests’ information. Wedbridge’s liability, if engaged, would be limited to the amounts you paid for the service. These clauses do not limit the rights granted to consumers by law.
Termination and deletion
You can delete your site and your data at any time from your dashboard, with a thirty-day grace period before permanent deletion.
Wedbridge may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these terms, after notice where possible. Deleting the site deletes the associated content, subject to legal retention periods.
Changes to the terms
Wedbridge may update these terms, in particular to reflect changes to the service or the regulation. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page. For any significant change, active accounts are notified by email. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
If no amicable solution is found, the competent courts will be seized under the conditions set by law.
