QR check-in: know who has arrived in real time

On the big day, two things run on a loop: who is here, and where to sit. QR check-in handles both. Here is how.

Each guest receives their QR. When the save-the-date goes out, every guest gets a personal link with their unique QR code. They print it or keep it on their phone, no preference.

At the door, you scan. You, a friend, or a venue staff member scans with a phone or computer. No app to install, the camera is enough. And without network, scans are queued and sync as soon as the signal returns.

The seating chart updates live. At table 4, guest 31 confirmed but never showed up. You see it in the console, you reshuffle the seat before dinner, you avoid the empty spot that always shows up in the photos.

You get the recap. By the end of the night, you know exactly who came, who left early, and how many people ate. That is useful for thank-you notes, and reassuring if the caterer ever pushes back on the headcount.

It is not a gimmick. On weddings of 100 guests or more, it is the difference between stressing at the entrance and enjoying the ceremony.
